We have identified an issue affecting all customers with Canadian phone numbers who are experiencing SMS verification code delivery failures. Please note this is a wider scope than previously communicated: this affects all Canadian numbers regardless of the grid the account is on. A fix has been applied on our end and we are working with our SMS provider to fully restore delivery. We will provide further updates as they become available.
